Location:
Brackmills, Northampton (NN4) Pay Rate: £16.15 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Wednesday | 6:00pm 6:30am (36 hours per week) Overtime:

Full-Time | Temporary Ongoing with Temp to Perm Opportunities Quest Employment is Hiring Quest Employment is seeking Cable Assembly Technicians to join a reputable manufacturing company based in Brackmills, Northampton. The Role As a Cable Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for producing cable assemblies in line with customer requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Assembling power and data cable products Operating hand tools and semi-automated machinery for cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating cables Following work instructions, diagrams, and technical specifications Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe Adhering to all health and safety guidelines Meeting daily production targets in a timely manner
What Were Looking For We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or electrical-related work (advantageous but not essential) Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity A high level of attention to detail The ability to read and follow written instructions or technical drawings A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team Dependability and a strong work ethic Physical capability to carry out a hands-on role
