Your new role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting production efficiency across the site. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to optimise manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing robust manufacturing processes and procedures

Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles

Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensuring smooth transition into production

Analysing production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions

Collaborating with design, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Experience with process improvement and problem-solving tools (e.g. root cause analysis)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersA degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
