General Operative, Manufacturing ​/ Production

HRGO are recruiting for a general operative in Wrexham Start Date : 12/08/2026 Pay : £12.71 hourly, paid weekly Days :
Monday

• Friday 8:30am - 5pm Will start on days for the first few weeks, then going onto rotating shifts. 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation, coating and finishing of metal components.

Load and unload components safely and efficiently throughout the production process.

Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, blasting and other preparation methods as required.

Operate basic production and coating equipment following training and company procedures.

Carry out visual quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.

Follow work instructions, production schedules and health & safety procedures.

Handle materials, components and finished products carefully to prevent damage.

Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area at all times.

Report any quality issues, damaged components or equipment problems to the appropriate supervisor.
