Injection Moulding Setter / Technician Kidlington, Oxford We're recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Technician to join a growing manufacturing business. This opportunity offers the choice of either a rotating shift pattern or a permanent day shift. Working Options 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 7am-7pm) Up to £43,416 including 34% shift allowance OR Monday-Friday Days (40 hours) Typically 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible) Up to £33,000 plus benefits

The Role Set and operate injection moulding machines Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups and process optimisation Monitor quality and make process adjustments as required Troubleshoot machinery issues to minimise downtime Work closely with production teams to achieve targets Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping About You Previous injection moulding/plastics manufacturing experience Strong machine setting and process control knowledge Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Shift Role Salary up to £43,416 including shift allowance Annual attendance bonus Overtime paid at 1.75x and 2x on Bank Holidays Day Shift Role Bonus of up to 10% of salary Up to 5% matched pension 25 days holiday  birthday day off Holiday purchase scheme Life assurance (4x salary) Cycle to Work Scheme Employee discounts Training & development opportunities Free parking If you're an Injection Moulding Setter looking for a new opportunity with a stable and growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
