Responsibilities
• Become part of a dedicated engineering team supporting the production of premium bakery products within a modern manufacturing environment.
• Work with a broad range of food production, packaging, electrical, and mechanical systems across the site.
• Contribute to maintaining efficient, reliable operations within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Engineering, Production, Hygiene, and other departments to support operational success.
• Support a culture focused on continuous improvement, teamwork, quality, and engineering excellence. Criteria
• A recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification.
• Experience with in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, industrial engineering, or a similar environment would be advantageous.
• A strong interest in engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Good technical awareness across production equipment, machinery, and engineering systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
