We are seeking a Process Laboratory Technician to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Wakefield Our client manufactures, distributes, sells and markets some of the world's strongest brands in non-alcoholic beverages. ) Working hours : 3 on 3 off ( rotating days & nights) Shift timings: 6.30am - 6.30pm and 6.30pm - 6.30am (rotational) Responsibilities :
Performing quality checks include HPLC, Brix, titrations Collection of samples and plating for micro. Record keeping Testing is to be carried out accurately and in a timely manner and within tolerances to help meet production targets. Escalate any anomalies to the team leader immediately. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned You will ensure all relevant Laboratory safety, Chemical Awareness, and Food Safety Procedures are followed Receiving bulk deliveries, reviewing paperwork, booking in and collecting intake samples.

Lab stock checks You will ensure all relevant Quality and Health & Safety Procedures are followed Skills & Essentials:
Experience working in a laboratory Phys-chemical or micro background Microbiology sampling and testing/counting experience/qualification Must be able to work on their own initiative and as a part of the team Must be able to work well under pressure of a busy manufacturing environment GCSE Math's and English, or equivalent is required, as well as basic PC skills Benefits :
