Your new company Join a globally recognised pharmaceutical organisation at a critical period within its manufacturing operation. This site plays a key role in the production and supply of life-changing medicines and is seeking an experienced Production Manager to provide leadership cover during a 4-month contract assignment, supporting a key manufacturing area and ensuring uninterrupted operational performance. Your new role This is a 4-month Production Manager contract based fully on-site in Wrexham.
You'll take ownership of a key manufacturing area, leading production teams to deliver quality, safety and supply objectives within a GMP pharmaceutical environment. Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership, you'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across visual inspection and packing operations. What you'll need to succeed Proven pharmaceutical experience in visual inspection and packing environments Experience leading production, manufacturing or operations teams within a GMP environment Previous exposure to visual inspection and/or packing operations Strong people leadership and performance management skills Experience managing deviations, CAPAs and GMP compliance activities Continuous improvement experience, ideally using Lean or Operational Excellence methodologies Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver business objectives Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
