As a Technical Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of the facility's equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance strategies, troubleshoot major breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Designing, executing, and continuously improving maintenance programs and standard operating procedures to optimize equipment performance.
  • Utilizing reliability-centered, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring tools to ensure asset performance.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with service providers, including conducting regular supplier appraisals.
  • Preferred:
Completed engineering apprenticeship with further education to HNC/D or postgraduate level.
