We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within a busy blow moulding environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, ideally with a background in blow moulding, who can effectively manage a production shift and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

• Managing and supervising the daily activities of the production shift.
• Overseeing the operation of blow moulding machinery and production processes.
• Ensuring the shift operates efficiently and production activities run smoothly.
• Providing day-to-day supervision and support to production staff.
• Monitoring performance across the shift and addressing operational issues as they arise.
• Ensuring employees follow company procedures and safe working practices.
• Supporting the team to maintain production standards and operational efficiency.
• Communicating relevant shift information and operational updates.

• Previous experience in a Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing supervisory position.
• Blow moulding experience would be highly advantageous.
• Experience managing and supervising a manufacturing or production team.
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively on the production floor.

• Salary between £32,000 and £36,000 depending on experience.
