Our client based in Wrexham is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will support all areas of the business including Service, Retail and Export markets.
The individual will join a talented team and be immersed in all aspects of marketing from data analysis, CRM and campaign management to PR, Blog and report writing and budget tracking.
Our client’s marketing team create 99% of the marketing content, creative and web development together with packaging and brand work in house and therefore this role provides a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing.
Performance Objectives- Support delivery of the marketing plan, e.g., maintain the website through Strappi/CMS.
- Blog, copy writing, copy checking and PR.
- Work with designers to deliver marketing materials and campaigns such as flyers, newsletters and posters.
- Run email and Whats App marketing campaigns.
- Occasional attendance at national and regional shows.
- Develop launch packs for new products.
- Sales, customer, category, campaign and NPD analysis.
- CRM (Hub Spot).
- Prepare marketing campaign reports and presentations using data analysis tools.
Ensure marketing budget is maintained with all proposed and actual spend and reported monthly.
Person Specification- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with all areas of the business.
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and address challenges during campaigns.
- Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies.
- Proficiency in analysing data to understand campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Understanding of business strategy and customer behaviour.
