Brand Manager

Up to £38k per annum

Our client based in Wrexham is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will support all areas of the business including Service, Retail and Export markets. The individual will join a talented team and be immersed in all aspects of marketing from data analysis, CRM and campaign management to PR, Blog and report writing and budget tracking.

Our clients marketing team create 99% of the marketing content, creative and web development together with packaging and brand work in house and therefore this role provides a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing.

Performance Objectives
  • Supporting delivery of the marketing plan to include working with the team to
  • Maintain the website through Strappi / CMS.
  • Blog, Copy writing, copy checking and PR.
  • Working with the designers to deliver the marketing materials and campaigns such as flyers, newsletters and posters.
  • Email marketing campaigns.
  • Occasional attendance at national and regional shows.
  • Developing launch packs for new products.
  • Analysing Data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
  • Sales, customer, category, campaign and NPD analysis
  • CRM (Hubspot).
  • Preparing marketing campaign reports and presentation using data analysis tools.
Marketing Budget
  • Ensuring marketing budget is maintained with all proposed and actual spend and reported monthly.
Person Specification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with all areas of the business.
  • The ability to adapt to changing market trends and address challenges that arise during campaigns.
  • The ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies is crucial.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to understand campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools is often required.
  • Understanding business strategy and customer behaviour is important for developing effective marketing strategies.
