Join a well-established organisation where you'll lead the development and delivery of engaging content strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement and digital performance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Content Manager to lead a creative team, oversee content across multiple platforms and play a key role in shaping marketing and communications activity.

In the Content Manager role, you will be:

Developing and delivering content strategies that support marketing objectives, strengthen brand identity and improve audience engagement.
Leading and supporting a creative content team, ensuring the production of high-quality content across digital, print and social media platforms.
Driving SEO and content performance through keyword research, analytics and continuous optimisation.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to plan, develop and deliver targeted content and communications campaigns.
Managing content calendars, maintaining brand consistency and ensuring content complies with relevant standards and guidelines.
Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities to improve content effectiveness and user experience.
To be considered for the Content Manager role, you will need:

Previous experience in a senior content, marketing or communications role with responsibility for developing content strategies.
Experience leading or mentoring a creative team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with experience producing content for a range of digital and offline channels.
Excellent knowledge of SEO, keyword research, content optimisation and digital analytics.
Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
A marketing-related degree or professional qualification would be advantageous, along with Welsh language skills, although neither is essential.
This is a full-time temporary opportunity, working Monday to Friday until the end of October 2027, offering £29.50 per hour, plus holiday pay and weekly pay.
