Marketing Executive - Events £28,000 - £32,000  Excellent Bonus  Excellent Benefits London Leading independent media events business seeks a highly ambitious and talented marketing executive to join their fast-growing team. Our client delivers leading b2b events focused primarily on the Public Sector. ­­­­ Your Role:
This role will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your B2B direct marketing skills, using a mix of marketing methods, such as email, social media, partnerships, digital marketing, SEO, advertising and contra deals. Working in a fast-paced, fun environment, the successful candidate will be creative, have a degree (ideally in marketing) and ideally some basic b2b marketing skills across email and social.

Core responsibilities:

Email Marketing campaigns Maintain and organise templates for social media assets and implement ongoing asset improvements, working with designers. Manage their social media strategy: not only supporting CMS managers and designers, but also innovating to push their strategy forward following trends. Execute marketing campaigns to promote events - drive traffic towards their events. Oversee branding and messaging consistency across marketing materials, events, and communications, supported by central teams.

Compile and send weekly newsletters on Linked In and Hubspot, and manage paid Linked In campaigns. Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Any b2b marketing experience is highly desirable An understanding of running and maintaining digital marketing and social media strategy, and content development. Comfortable using Canva and other basic design tools, with the ability to create simple visuals, brief designers clearly, review creative work, and stay up to date with trends in video, podcasts, and digital content to guide editors.

Ability to work on multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Hub Spot, Canva, Microsoft Office (including Excel), and familiar with Word Press, SEO, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
