HSE Manager - Waste - W rexham , - £ 4 5 ,000 - £ 5 5,000  Benefits Package Principal People are excited to be working exclusively with a growing organisation who are looking to appoint a HSE Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental professional to take ownership of HSE across a specialist clinical waste incineration site, driving compliance, environmental performance and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will join a well-established business where HSE plays a pivotal role in the operation. This is an on-site, operationally focused position offering a high level of autonomy, excellent training and development, and the opportunity to further strengthen your environmental expertise The key duties include:
Leading and promoting a positive HSE culture across the site. Managing hazard identification, risk assessments and process safety activities. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and legislation, permits and company procedures. Leading incident, accident and near-miss investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Managing contractor safety, site inductions and HSE training. Monitoring environmental performance, regulatory compliance and energy management.

Managing environmental permitting requirements and liaising with regulators where required. Supporting continuous monitoring and emissions monitoring across the site. Managing customer quality matters, including Duty of Care audits, customer visits and complaints.
