At Ipsen, we are creating real impact every day for patients and society. We are looking for an experienced Quality Project Manager to lead quality oversight for site projects and qualification activities at our Wrexham manufacturing site.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Quality professionals supporting site projects and qualification activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen quality performance and compliance.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable and effective quality support.
• Provide quality oversight for strategic projects while ensuring adherence to regulatory and GMP requirements.
• Build trusted relationships across the business and with external partners.
• Contribute to strategic planning, resource management and succession planning.
• Champion a strong quality culture and foster collaboration across the organisation.

• Significant experience within project management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Understanding of quality systems and processes.
• Leadership experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, ideally within biologics or sterile manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and problem‑solving skills.
• Degree‑qualified in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
• A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
