Overview
A leading global multidisciplinary property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join their Bristol office
, focusing on the Student sector which is part of the wider Living team
. The living team includes a broad range of residential-led assets such as student accommodation, build-to-rent, co-living, and other operational residential property types
.
The successful candidate will join a specialist student valuation team with a national remit, working with high-profile clients, and will have the opportunity to travel to key university towns and cities across the UK. The team is known for its supportive and progressive culture, with a strong emphasis on personal development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing valuations of specialist properties and development sites, often with a high level of complexity.
- Providing strategic advice on the operational performance of assets for landlords and operators.
- Producing high-quality valuation reports and delivering clear, professional advice to clients.
- RICS-accredited degree in Real Estate or similar.
- MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer.
- An interest in the residential and living sectors
, with a genuine interest in operational real estate. - Excellent written and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Keen to build a career in a specialist and growing area
