Laboratory Technician – Wrexham

Recruit4staff is representing a well‑established scientific business in search of a Laboratory Technician.

• Pay: £14.00 to £14.35 per hour
• Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM Friday (part‑time hours also considered)
• Duration:
  Temp to Perm

As a Laboratory Technician you will carry out laboratory testing and related tasks to produce accurate and reliable data with minimal supervision. You will ensure all work follows standard operating procedures while maintaining detailed and organised records. You will support colleagues when required and adapt to additional duties as directed by management, ensuring efficiency and compliance at all times.

• Knowledge in science, specifically chemistry or a related subject
• A‑Level in Chemistry and/or BSc in Chemistry
• GCSE Maths and English
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proven capability to succeed in a Laboratory Technician role

• Previous experience working as a Laboratory Technician or within a laboratory environment

• Open to part‑time hours
