What You Will Do- Drive Culinary Excellence:
Support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, contemporary menus across our restaurant, patisserie, and commercial hospitality events. - Manage & Deputise:
Act as duty manager and step in for the Head Chef when required, overseeing daily kitchen operations and resources. - Inspire Future Chefs:
Mentor hospitality students and apprentices, working alongside academic staff to continuously elevate kitchen standards. - Commercial Operations:
Assist with menu costing, stock control, food purchasing budgets, and monthly profit and loss accounts. - Champion Sustainability:
Lead best practices in sustainable purchasing, recycling, and food waste reduction.
