An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join a welcoming and characterful hotel in Wrexham. Set in a historic property close to the Llangollen Canal, this is a great opportunity for a passionate Chef to take ownership of a busy kitchen and play a key role in the guest experience.
As Head Chef, you'll lead a close-knit team, oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation and have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and creativity to the menu. If you're an experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step, this could be an excellent career move.

Key Responsibilities:
As Head Chef, you'll take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen, including:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations from preparation through to service
Leading, training and motivating the kitchen team
Ensuring kitchen procedures are followed
Preparing and cooking high-quality food to a consistent standard
Managing customer requests and dietary requirements
Ensuring efficient service during busy periods
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
Managing stock levels, inventory and supplier orders
What we're looking for:
We're looking for an experienced kitchen leader with:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
A genuine passion for quality food and culinary creativity
The ability to lead and motivate a small kitchen team
Strong organisation and communication skills
A positive and hardworking attitude
The flexibility to work evenings and weekends
