This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Purchasing Buyer based in Rainham. The Purchasing Buyer will be responsible for managing procurement processes and purchase orders, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, maintaining supplier relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet the organization’s needs. The ideal candidate will ensure cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining the company's high‑quality standards.

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and proficiency in handling Purchase Orders
• Effective Communication skills for supplier negotiations and internal collaboration
• Excellent Analytical Skills and problem‑solving capabilities
• Experience and knowledge in Purchasing and supply chain operations
• Ability to work on‑site in Rainham and manage tasks within a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to procurement and inventory management
• Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or a related industry for a minimum of three years.
