Our Tesco colleague rate starts at £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with part‑time options as low as 12 hours.

We schedule contracted hours within these availability windows and provide at least three weeks' notice of shift times. We support flexibility and encourage applications if your available hours closely match our advertised windows.

• Minimum age 18; we only recruit post‑school leavers.
• Eligibility to work before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or in certain roles (warehouse, alcohol, counters, bakery, driving) requires age 18 or over.
