Home Bargains is looking for a Deputy Manager to lead by example on the shop floor, support your team, and ensure the store runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate colleagues, resolve customer queries, and step in during busy moments to help create a store customers love to shop.
The role is permanent and full-time (44 hours per week) with a salary of £37,020 plus excellent benefits, including a contributory pension, store discount, death in service, long service recognition
