Retail Store Manager – Jollyes Pets – Register Your Interest for Future Opportunities. New stores opening throughout 2026 and beyond. Salary dependent on experience and size of store but typically £33-38,500 p.a.  bonus potential of up to £5k p.a.

The Role – Store Manager:

Full responsibility for running a successful store — managing KPIs around people, store standards, customer service, and financial performance, maximising turnover and gross margin while controlling costs. Reporting to the Regional Manager, sharing best practice with your peers and learning from others' successes in your regional team. Building a strong sales culture in-store: coaching your team to spot every opportunity to add value for the customer — confidently suggesting complementary products, seasonal offers, or additional services that genuinely improve the experience for pets and their owners.

This isn't about hard-selling — it's about training your team to have great conversations that naturally lead to a bigger basket and a better-served customer. Ensuring you and your team deliver the highest standards of pet care , with pet welfare always the top priority, and promoting responsible pet ownership.
