Sales Development Specialist (Hybrid)

I am on the lookout for a driven and confident Sales Development Specialist to help generate high-quality opportunities within this fast-paced B2B environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact with prospective clients, loves prospecting, and takes pride in booking well-qualified discovery meetings with senior stakeholders within prospective clients from inbound leads.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, qualifying interest and booking discovery meetings
• Running targeted outbound campaigns via Linked In, email and sales engagement tools
• Engaging senior stakeholders
• Building and managing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and campaigns
• Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on activity and pipeline performance

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years’ experience in Sales Development, BDR or Lead Generation (B2B)
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
