A global active organisation within the animal nutrition and feed solutions sector is seeking a Sales Manager to support its continued growth across the UK & Ireland. The company provides specialised nutritional ingredients and technical solutions designed to enhance animal health, performance, and productivity in both monogastric and ruminant systems. With a strong commitment to innovation, service, and long‑term customer partnerships, the business aims to deliver value‑driven, sustainable solutions throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities- Develop and expand customer relationships across feed manufacturers, premixers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth across the assigned region.
- Provide both technical and commercial support, delivering product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and territory planning to meet agreed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning, marketing initiatives, and customer projects.
- Attend industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Gather market insights and competitor information to support strategic decision‑making.
- Degree in Animal Nutrition, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in sales, business development, or technical support within the animal nutrition, feed, or feed additive sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously within a field‑based role.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and opportunities in a structured, results‑oriented manner.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UK & Ireland.
