• Making outbound calls to warm and cold business prospects
• Building rapport quickly and understanding customer needs
• Presenting services confidently and clearly
• Managing your pipeline and following up effectively
• Working towards achievable sales targets with uncapped earning potential
• Representing the company with professionalism and energy

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage people
• Confidence on the phone and resilience when handling objections

• Previous telesales or outbound sales would be beneficial, but attitude is everything
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000 pa with uncapped commission
• Realistic commission of £500/600 per month
