Position: Business Development Representative - Tech / SaaS

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative with experience in SaaS or tech sales. This is a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and setting up high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to grow into an Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound sales strategies through cold calls, emails, and Linked In outreach
  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients in target industries
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce)
  • Conduct market research and account mapping to improve targeting
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
  • 3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles
  • Background in SaaS, Tech, or B2B sales environments
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working remotely with international teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
