We’re on the lookout for a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to help grow our client base and build lasting business relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online channels
  • Qualify leads and manage a pipeline of prospects using our CRM system
  • Present the World Options portal and services to prospective clients through virtual demos
  • Close new business and hit monthly sales targets
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date on courier industry trends
  • Work closely with the Marketing, operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a B2B inside sales role (logistics and service industry preferred with experience of International and Domestic markets across B2B, E-Commerce, Parcel and Freight)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads effectively
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger for success
