• Know the product and the culture – learn every silhouette, the technology behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. You’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype – own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations, leading the energy when it happens.
• Chase the win – drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium – keep visual displays on point, stock locked in, and the store looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
