Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
LocationAn External role covering Queensferry, Wrexham and Oswestry.
SectorBuilders Merchants / Construction Supplies.
Package£42,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Car.
Industry FocusBuilding Materials – a great range of products. Selling into sectors large and small.
Key Accountabilities- New Business Development
- Key Account Management
- Managing an existing ledger with professional oversight.
- Sales and Construction Supplies experience required.
- Experience selling into the construction industry.
- Knowledge of route to market with contractors, house builders, builders and end users.
- Strong sales drive and ability to build long‑lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Successful record in the construction supply sector.
- Confidence in speaking to people, understanding their needs, and providing sterling service.
- Attention to detail in maintaining high service level.
