Location:
London (Onsite) Salary: £50,000 £ 75,000 Commission Benefits Our client is a leading freight & logistics company seeking an onsite Business Development Manager to drive new business across USA import/export trade lanes , alongside air, sea, and road freight services. This is a senior commercial role suited to someone with strong transatlantic freight experience and a proven track record of winning and growing accounts.
Key Responsibilities Develop new business across USA trade lanes (import & export) Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Present tailored air, sea, and road freight solutions Build long-term relationships with SME and corporate clients Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
What Were Looking For Proven BDM experience in freight forwarding/logistics Strong understanding of USA trade lanes and transatlantic markets Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach Target-driven, proactive, and commercially sharp Comfortable working onsite in a busy London office Benefits £50k £75k base salary Uncapped commission Clear progression path Supportive commercial team Private health benefits Holiday pay
