Car Sales Executive

G  Recruitment Ltd are proud to be working exclusively with a well known & highly respected used car dealership, recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive (Used Cars). The client strives to deliver exceptional service to their customers and continue to meet high standards of professionalism throughout all departments in the business.

Key Duties:

To manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer enquiry through to vehicle handover. To support the day-to-day management of sales and advertising administration, ensuring vehicle listings, customer records and sales documentation are accurate, current and professionally maintained. Deliver consistently high standards of customer service, building trust and strong customer relationships and contributing to positive reviews, repeat business and customer referrals.

Achievement of vehicle sales pro?tability targets Maintain accurate and complete purchase and vehicle documentation Advertising vehicles across a range of platforms Monitoring the preparation of cars for sale and once sold Updating Database Systems with car deliveries and sales Updating and organising vehicle stock online (Auto Trader) Promoting and selling ?nance options to customers Sales Prospecting / Outreaching Deal with customer queries post sale Ensure customer and vehicle documentation is completed in accordance with relevant legislation and business requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Support the smooth financial administration of the Sales and Service departments Relevant Qualifications / Experience

Required:

Car sales experience or similar such as commercial vehicle sales Used car sales knowledge is ideal EV knowledge is useful Previous exposure to various car makes & models is useful as the client sells an array of different vehicles at different price points Driving licence Happy to work Saturdays with a day off in the week & a day off Sunday
