Business Development Executive £30,000 Basic | £60,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission We’re recruiting for an ambitious, fast-growing organisation looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their expanding team within the e-learning space. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives on targets, enjoys building strong client relationships and is confident converting opportunities into revenue.

The role Manage and convert inbound enquiries Develop new and existing client relationships Drive sales and consistently hit targets Handle outbound calls and generate new opportunities Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline What we’re looking for 2 years’ sales/business development experience Strong B2B sales and account management background Confident with cold calling and outbound sales Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercially driven, resilient and target-focused CRM experience;
