Up to £30,000  generous commission scheme 1 in 3 Saturdays | 9:0016:00 Early finish Fridays Christmas shutdown This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a successful, high-performing team and work within the premium property market Manage property sales from initial enquiry through to SSTC.

Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers and price reductions. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers. Qualify buyers and register new applicants. Provide regular feedback to vendors and keep clients updated. Progress sales by liaising with solicitors, buyers and vendors. Maintain accurate sales documentation, records and CRM updates. Assist with valuations and winning new business. Meet individual and branch sales targets.
