Graduate Customer Service Assistant

Duties:
* Handling inbound (sales) calls, taking orders and responding to queries from customers
* Chasing and checking progress of orders, working closely with Purchasing/Sales Manager supporting sales operations to help process orders, invoices, etc
* Following leads given by the external sales team
* Building long lasting client relationships
* Exceptional communication skills and closing a sale over the phone
* Any other job when and as required by Purchasing and Sales Manager
* To log customer complaints and process as necessary Specification Graduate looking to embark into a new career path Able to build and maintain good relationships with peer group, colleagues, customers, suppliers Excellent communication skills, with good time management and organisational skills Reliable and hardworking, proficient in MS Office Confident using the telephone to resolve progression of opportunities and customer issues

Experience of an ERP system such like Hub Spot would be an advantage This is a permanent role office based Monday-Friday.
