S.. Door Supervisors

We are seeking 2 professional Door Supervisors to join our team in the areas of Wrexham & Chester.

The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in safety and security of our premises and responding to incidents effectively.

This job role requires you to work on Weekends and some Night work as well as during the week, you must also be a driver and have a vehicle, Full time and Part time positions available.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues and promote safety.

Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, utilising first aid skills when required.

Collaborate with security personnel and local authorities as needed to ensure a safe environment.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries.

Experience - 2 years previous experience in a security or supervisory role is preferred.

Familiarity with first aid procedures is advantageous.

Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff.

Silurian Security Vet all staff to the BS7858 standard of Security Personnel and you need to be able to prove a clear 5 year work history to pass the vetting.
