Security Officer

Overview

As our new Security Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Security Manager and wider team to keep our park safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. You'll help maintain a secure environment for all guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

• Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for our guests, colleagues, and visitors while upholding park licensing conditions.
• Monitor situations and deal with potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain security logs, accident, and incident reports with high detail and accuracy.

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confidence to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
