We're looking for a Security Team Leader to oversee daily security operations, lead a team of security officers, and ensure the highest standards of site security, safety, and compliance.

This is a key leadership role where you'll coordinate security activities, respond to incidents, support emergency preparedness, and foster a professional, high-performing team dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and manage the Security Team, providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, performance management, and support.
  • Oversee security operations across the site, ensuring effective implementation of security procedures and compliance with site requirements.
  • Manage security staffing and rosters to ensure appropriate coverage and operational effectiveness at all times.
  • Respond to and coordinate the management of security incidents, emergencies, accidents, and suspicious activities.
  • Control and monitor site access for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring only authorised personnel enter restricted areas.
  • Support security investigations, training initiatives, crisis management activities, and continuous improvement of security processes.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
  • Experience gained within the military, site security, emergency services, or a similar disciplined operational environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a professional environment. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Qualified First Aider experience would be advantageous.
