MASH Social Worker

About the Role:

• Triage and analyse referrals, applying thresholds to identify and respond swiftly to safeguarding concerns.
• Undertake timely decision-making on cases, including S47 enquiries, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively.
• Work closely with partner agencies – police, health, education and more – to gather and share intelligence for robust safeguarding decisions.
• Contribute to early intervention and risk reduction by ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time.
• Champion the voice of children and families, ensuring practice is centred on their needs and lived experiences.

• Quick Starts to settle in before XMAS.
• Structured, multi-agency caseloads – fast-paced but well supported.
• 6-month contract – seeing you into 2026.
