AboutThe Role
This is a Housing First Co‑Ordinator role based in our Housing First Service, Bridgend. Working alongside the Manager, the Housing First Co‑Ordinators provide essential housing support to our diverse group of customers.
Managing your own caseload, you will work directly and provide support to people who are sleeping rough on the streets, who may be dealing with problematic behaviour or complex needs. Through the use of housing & support assessments, and alongside working with external agencies – the aim is to get them off the streets, into a tenancy and empower them to maintain their tenancy and live independently.
SkillsAnd Experience Needed
Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential.
A full UK Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle is essential for the role.

Pay and Pensions- £28,143.00 FTE
