ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
- Developing and implementing intervention plans that promote safety and well‑being.
- Collaborating with multi‑agency partners to provide holistic support.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Participating in team meetings and case reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of services.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW).
- Registration with Social Care Wales or equivalent.
- Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
