Wrexham-County-Borough-Council seeks a dedicated individual to join their Housing Support and Sustainment Team in Wrexham, providing essential support to vulnerable tenants. This role focuses on helping individuals develop the skills to maintain independent living and prevent homelessness through tailored support.
Ideal candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of housing legislation. The post is temporary until 31/03/2027 and involves working 37 hours per week.
