We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the Football Museum of Wales and Wrexham Museum team.

This 3.5‑year post is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and supports the launch of a new national museum—the first in North East Wales.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries.
  • Assist with the smooth running of the new museum.
  • Manage booking systems for school sessions and room hire.
  • Develop and deliver new administration systems and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Organised professional with excellent ICT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and delivering administrative systems and procedures.
