Liquidpersonnel is currently seeking 3 Adult Social Workers to join teams in Bridgend. The successful applicants will manage complex assessments and coordinate support in accordance with key legislation such as the Mental Health Act 1983 and the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
You will be responsible for assessing needs, developing care plans, and ensuring appropriate safeguarding measures are in place. A professional qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Care Wales are required.
