Rate: 44.23 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Full Time Locum

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Adult Social Worker to join a busy Adult Social Care team in Wrexham
. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to manage a complex caseload while supporting vulnerable adults to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Working within statutory frameworks, you'll undertake assessments, manage safeguarding concerns, develop person‑centred care plans, and work closely with health professionals and partner agencies to promote independence and wellbeing.

• Complete strengths‑based assessments and reviews.
• Develop and review care and support plans.
• Manage adult safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments.
• Undertake Mental Capacity Act assessments and support DoLS processes.
• Work collaboratively with health, housing and community partners.
• Manage a complex caseload and maintain accurate case records.

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Care registration.
• Experience working within Adult Social Care.
• Strong knowledge of relevant adult social care legislation, safeguarding and mental capacity.
• Excellent assessment, communication and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

• 44.23 per hour Umbrella
• Full-time locum contract.
