Prevention and Service Development (PSD) Team Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the Prevention and Service Development (PSD) team.

The successful candidate will work within a high–performing team of Prevention staff and with Prevention and Early Help providers in Wrexham, including Third Sector, Health and other WCBC departments. You will support the delivery of Prevention and Early Help services through funding, commissioning, contract management, consultation and training, and facilitate networking events for professionals. The role also supports innovative developments in service provision.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of Prevention and Early Help services through funding, commissioning and contract management.
  • Consult with stakeholders and provide support in developing practice via training and networking events.
  • Contribute to innovative developments in service provision.
  • Collaborate with Prevention and Early Help providers and other WCBC departments.
