Community Care Live seeks an experienced Social Worker to join a MASH/Assessment Team in South Wales. You will shape intervention directions at the referral stage, coordinating with health, education, police, and early help colleagues to safeguard vulnerable children and families.
In this frontline role, you will perform initial assessments, contribute to short-term interventions, and ensure clear handovers to longer-term teams when needed.
