Veterans Caseworker

Contract Fixed term contract, until 30 September 2029

Interviews will take place on 1 September 2026.

Thanks to the Veterans Foundation we have secured 3 year continuation funding for our Veterans Project. As the veterans caseworker you will be an anchor for veterans who either come to the project via Citizens Advice’s own in-house identification processes, or from external referral sources.

Working across North East Wales you will be there to ensure services are joined up as much as possible, encouraging services to communicate transparently with each other for the good of the client, with the client’s full knowledge and authority while still empowering them to make informed decisions for themselves.
