Clwyd Alyn is seeking a compassionate Homeless Support Officer in Wrexham to support young people aged 16–25 facing homelessness. You will build trust, develop personalised support plans, and help residents access education, employment and services to achieve independent living.
You’ll work trauma-informed, with safeguarding at the core, coordinating with partner agencies and maintaining thorough records to track progress and outcomes.
