Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Family centres in Wrexham on a temporary 12-month contract (37 hours per week). You will undertake high-quality Parent Assess Assessments for parents referred by the Childcare Social Work teams and build strong relationships to secure the best outcomes for families.
You will work alongside a team with expertise in parenting, substance misuse and domestic abuse, supporting recommendations in the final report and helping families
